Los play-offs de ascenso de la English Football League Championship 2018-19 es la última fase del campeonato por la opción del ascenso. En esta fase está compuesto por el Leeds United, de Leeds; West Bromwich Albion, de West Bromwich; Aston Villa, de Birmingham; y Derby County de Derby.[1][2][3]
