This doesn't work properly. The correct template is {{subst:Reportevandalismo|Vandal|Evidences of vandalism|~~~~}}, for example {{subst:Reportevandalismo|Example|This is a test, I'm not a vandal|~~~~}} creates:

• Posible vándalo: Example (disc. · contr. (borradas) · reg. (bloqueos) (filtros) · bloquear)
• Motivo de reporte: This is a test, I'm not a vandal
• Usuario que reporta: Dferg (discusión) 23:07 7 nov 2008 (UTC)[responder]
• Acción administrativa: (a rellenar por un bibliotecario)
